Design Services

At Waddell Custom Homes we are always  happy to work with a designer or Architect of your choice, but if you  don’t have a preferred designer we would be glad to take the design from  start to finish with you. We will start with a site meeting to discuss  your needs and allowances for your specific property. Following your  site meeting we will work through your design, showing you different  options and floor plans for you to choose from. Once you have settled on  the design of your choice we will then finish the construction drawings  for permits.
Weather you already have a preferred architect or  designer or wish to work with our team, it is our goal to make sure you  are completely satisfied with your plans before we start to build.
